Deirdre is a very experienced Tongue Tie Practitioner and Midwife. She is passionate about easing babies discomfort from tongue tie and supporting parents. She has been releasing tongue ties since November 2018 when she specially trained and became certified and insured to perform tongue tie release (frenotomy) in babies.
Over the years she has treated many babies with tongue ties, and helped many parents to feed and comfort their baby easily and peacefully.
She is also an IBCLC lactation consultant and this helps with the assessment and support for Mums that would like to breastfeed their baby after having a tongue tie release.
She continues to release tongue ties and support parents and babies weekly, in the clinic Tongue Tie Cork.
